Trenton Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center was established in 1996 at 12 Main Street. In 2008, we relocated to our current location to accommodate our expanding Physical Therapy department and Gym. We provide personalized one-on-one treatment plans tailored to your specific healthcare needs, with a focus on getting you moving again. Our friendly, caring, and productive environment promotes healing and recovery, and we take pride in our comprehensive clinical evaluation, modern therapeutic procedures, and communication with referring physicians throughout our patients' care

Our Medical Professionals

Dr. Curt A Wesselmann is a highly qualified chiropractor who obtained his Bachelor of Science in Human from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1991, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1993. He began his career in Murphysboro, IL, and later returned to his hometown of Trenton, IL in 1996 to serve the community. Dr. Wesselmann is dedicated to providing exceptional chiropractic care to his patients.

Our Staff

Meet Carrie Donaldson, our Billing Manager and Office Administrator. Carrie is responsible for scheduling patients, answering phones, and handling insurance and billing tasks. She has been a valuable member of the Trenton Chiropractic & Rehabilitation team since 2019.

Angela Sinkey is a Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk personnel at Trenton Chactic & Rehabilitation Center since 2019. She has assisting in applying and adjusting patient's therapy, managing patient flow, and scheduling.
