The Practice
Trenton Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center first opened it's doors in 1996. Our original location was 12 South Main Street. In 2008, Trenton Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center moved to our current location to accommodate our expanding Physical Therapy department and Gym.
We are committed to offering you a personalized one-on-one treatment plan tailored to your specific healthcare needs. Regardless if you are recovering from an injury, accident, surgery or illness, our goal is to get you moving again. We offer patients a friendly, caring, and productive environment that promotes healing and recovery. We take pride in our comprehensive clinical evaluation, knowledge of modern therapeutic procedures, one-on-one patient care, and communication with our referring physicians through the duration of our patients' care.

Dr. Curt Wesselmann
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Wesselmann graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. In 1993 he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic.
In his early working career, his practice was located in Murphysboro, IL. He then returned to serve his hometown community of Trenton, IL in 1996.
